This Ordinance enters into force on the eighth day from its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the conditions related to the premises, equipment and worker's qualifications, to be fulfilled by laboratories for testing, controlling and monitoring genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and products containing GMOs.
