This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the conditions that must be met by managers of the protected area, in terms of professional, personnel and organizational skills for performing activities of protection, improvement, promotion and sustainable development of nature protected areas of the Republic of Serbia. The protected area is managed by a legal entity, and in exceptional cases by an entrepreneur and/or natural person. Article 3 sets the list of necessary conditions to be met. Managers of two or more protected areas with a total area of up to 5000 ha, may form a joint service for the protection, improvement, promotion and sustainable development of protected areas.
