Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on waste management, prescribes the conditions regarding technical rules and equipment for performing the activity of waste disposal, as well as the conditions and manner for performing training and coaching programmes for employees. In order to dispose landfill waste, the landfill operator should meet all requirements in terms of technical and equipment demands. The waste manager, in addition with his waste management certificate, should at least once a year attend regular trainings and trainings related to: compliance with the conditions prescribed by the permit held by the landfill; protection of the environment and human health; safety and health at work; fire protection.
