Abstract This Regulation prescribes the conditions that must be met by zoos and other facilities and spaces for keeping wild animals and also strictly protected species of animals in captivity, on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, including the necessary conditions for keeping of such wild animals, and manner of marking and registration of wild animals held in captivity. Captivity is a limited and controlled space for keeping animals from which the animal cannot voluntarily get out or escape.
