This Regulation enters into force on the day of Croatian accession into the European Union.

Abstract

This Regulation adopts the provisions prescribed by various Council Directives in order to implement the Community rules governing the conditions for the recognition of equivalence of forest reproductive material and the countries they can be imported from.
