This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets out the necessary conditions for non-commercial movement of pets, in terms of animal welfare, health and safety; and aimed to apply on the following species: dogs, Canis lupus familiaris; cats (Felis silvestris catus); (Mustela putorius); invertebrates (other than bees and crustaceans); decorative tropical fish; amphibians; reptiles; birds (except livestock); mammals (rodents and rabbits).
