Abstract This Regulation prescribes all necessary rules, standards and conditions which must be met by legal person in order to obtain the authorization to perform professional work in the field of environmental protection, including individual tasks in the field of nature protection, and how to give consent to perform these tasks, the period for which it is issued and approved, content and manner of keeping all related records of the issued approvals.
