This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides all necessary conditions and standards for the correct and mandatory establishment of sanitary protection zones (on the territory of the Croatian Republic) that are used for public water supply, including various measures and restrictions on use, and deadlines and procedures for making decisions on the protection of water sources (administrative terms and rules).
