Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on aquaculture, determines the conditions, criteria and method of granting state aid for damage from fish predators on mussel farms (Mytilus galloprovincialis-bivalve molluscs), also in accordance with the Guidelines for the examination of State aid in the fisheries and aquaculture sector. The subject of the state aid scheme is the allocation of non-refundable funds for damages and/or lost profits caused by fish predators on mussel farms.
