Abstract This Regulation determines the conditions, criteria and manner of granting support within the European Union Priority "Promoting environmentally sustainable, resource efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based fisheries", Measures I.6. "Diversification and new forms of income" within the implementation of the Operational Programme for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period from 2014 until 2020, and in accordance with the provisions of several European Union acts as listed in article 1. The subject of support are investments and activities that contribute to the diversification of fishermen's income. The beneficiary of the support is the effective holder of related fishing permits and privileges. In the case of an investment in a particular fishing vessel, the holder of the privilege may be the user of granted incentives only with the consent of the owner of the fishing vessel for which the privilege was originally issued (see article 3).
