Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Building Law, determines the necessary conditions and manner of issuing certificates to authorized Croatian citizens and authorized legal entities for the purpose of uninterrupted provision of the service of regulated profession of energy certification and energy inspection of buildings in the contracting states of the Treaty on the European Economic Area. The certificate is issued in order to exercise the right to provide the services object of this text. An authorized person is a natural or legal person which is authorized by the Ministry to provide services in the regulated profession of energy certification and energy inspection of the building. This Regulation also contains the following Annexes: Annex 1-Application form for issuing a certificate to natural persons for the purpose of providing services of the regulated profession of energy certification and energy inspection of buildings in the contracting states of the Treaty on the European Economic Area; Annex 2-Application form for issuing a certificate to legal entities for the same type of purposes.
