Entry into force notes
This Regulation will be published in the "Official Gazette" and shall enter into force on the date of accession of the Republic of Croatian into the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes necessary conditions and manner for the safe and controlled introduction of certain plants and plant products, produced or used in the border area of a neighbouring foreign country, and which are arriving from these countries for use in locations nearby the frontier of the Croatian Republic.
