This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for provisions of articles 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 which shall apply on 1 January 2013.
Abstract

This Regulation sets out the conditions and manner of breeding and moving of bees, the content of the transport certificate, as well as the conditions for issuing consents that beekeepers from other countries can use for their bee pasture on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Topics covered by this text are: beekeeping conditions in stationary apiaries, in migrating apiaries, pasture order, predictable grazing, unpredictable grazing, and actions in case of cessation of bee grazing and damage.
