This text entered into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 9 February 2011).
Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with article 61 of the federal Water Law that lays down provisions on accidents, here determines the necessary conditions that must be met by all specialized authorized legal entities when engaged in the performance of works and tasks aimed at eliminating or preventing the water pollution in the event of sudden pollution or in the event of detected danger from sudden water pollution. This Regulation also sets put the procedural manner regarding the grant of related authorizations; and indicates relevant national documents used as references and criteria.
