This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides for the conditions to be met by forest reproductive material and its other general and generic rules necessary for the mandatory and correct classification in category "source identified", "selected", "qualified" and "tested", the form and content of the declaration, the manner and conditions for classification of reproductive material in qualitative classes, and the manner of its labelling and packaging.
