This Regulation originally entered into force on the fifteenth day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the obligations in terms of necessary registration of companies that perform activities such as manufacturing, import, processing and placing on the market of materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. Procedures laid down in this text shall start applying from 1 September 2008.
