Abstract This Regulation here determines the official composition, the number of members and the method of work of the Expert Council for Plant Health. The Expert Council for Plant Health (hereinafter: the Expert Council) is composed of seven members, including the president. The members of the Expert Council for Plant Health as an expert advisory body in the field of plant health are experts in the following fields: entomology; nematology; virology; bacteriology; mycology; molecular biology and herbology. The sessions of the Expert Council are held at the headquarters of the Phytosanitary Administration twice a year, and more if necessary.
