This Regulation enters into force on the day of its adoption.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the exact sum to be paid (by the Croatian government) as official compensation to owners of poultry that were killed (euthanasia) as prescribed by the measures aimed to prevent the spread of avian influenza on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
