This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the amount of compensation for performed inspections of equidae, ungulates, poultry, rabbits and game before and after slaughtering, including the inspection of related fresh meat (ante mortem and post mortem tests aimed at certifying the animal health or meat sanitary status), that shall be paid to the national Veterinary Chamber. This text also includes rules and fees related to the disinfection of persons and means of transport, fees for performed transport of examined animals or meat; and sets the amount for each issued certificate of animal health (in article 4). Calculation methods and administrative procedural manner for the payment of these fees is determined in article 5.
