This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation orders the removal of all the individual (alien) species of Alectoris rufa (tailed grouse) from the Croatian territory, in order to prevent the further spread of species and to stop the detriment to the Croatian biodiversity.
