Abstract The Regulation provides all necessary standards and conditions for the correct obtaining of the permission for the collection of wild plants and their parts used as medicinal, food, ornamental plants or plant material to grow outside their natural habitat in order to permit its processing, trade and other related transactions or trading issues on the Croatian territory and on the international market.
