Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 17 articles and one Annex, lays down: (1) detailed scope of the collection of data on agricultural market; (2) the way of indicating entrepreneurs obliged to provide this information; (3) the form and deadlines for submitting market data. The scope of data collection includes: (1) prices of purchase, sale, marketing, marketplace, wholesale, producers and importers; (2) trading volume; (3) particulars used to identify the exact agri-food commodity. The scope of the information to be provided and collected depends on the products concerned: beef, veal, pork, cereals, poultry, milk, dairy products, eggs, sugar, mutton, flax and hemp fiber, high-protein plants, milk-like preparations, fruits and vegetables, oil plants, hop and tobacco, fodder and flowers. The Annex specifies agricultural foodstuffs included in individual markets and detailed scope of market data collected for these foodstuffs.
