Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of three paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes: (1) classification of microorganisms used in the closed use of GMM which is specified in Annex 1; (2) classification of organisms used in the closed use of GMO which is specified in Annex 2. Closed use of GMOs means genetically modifying organisms or cultivating GMO, storing them, transporting, destroying, removing or using in another way where protection measures are used to effectively reduce contact of GMO with humans or the environment and ensure the high level of their protection.
