Abstract This Regulation determines the procedures and principles on the production of oily, fibrous, medical or aromatic plant seeds by real perssons or legal entities, within the certification system. The aim of the Regulation is to ensure both the production and the product are in good quality and in conformity with the standards of seeds and with the certificated oily, fibrous, medical or aromatic plant species. The Regulation also covers lists of the species of oily, fibrous, medical and aromatic plants, field control standards, and the principles of packaging and labeling of products.
