Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 19 articles and three Annexes, lays down: (a) requirements for the preparation and management of the cadastre of bee pastures and the preparation and implementation of apiculture grazing policy; (b) requirements for the preparation and implementation of the predictions of nectar secretion in apiculture; (c) requirements for the transport of bees for the purpose of grazing. Bee pasture must be organized under the rules of grazing policy in the context of geographical and other facilities for the production of bee pasture. The grazing policy is described in art. 6.
