Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the Montenegrin Law on plant health protection, determines the boundaries of areas of sub-basins and small river basins present on the territory of Montenegro. The areas of sub-basins in the water area of the Danube basin are: 1) Drina sub-basin area; 2) Ibar sub-basin area. The areas of sub-basins in the water area of the Adriatic basin are: 1) the area of the Bojana sub-basin; 2) the area of sub-basins of watercourses, which flow into the Adriatic Sea, except Bojana. Areas of small basins in the water area of Montenegro are: 1) the area of the small Piva basin; 2) the area of the small Tara basin; 3) the area of the small Lima basin; 4) the area of the small Ibar basin; 5) the area of the small Ćehotina basin; 6) the area of the small Zeta basin; 7) the area of the small Morača basin; 8) the area of the small basin of Skadar Lake with its tributaries, except Morača; 9) the area of the small Bojana basin; 10) the area of a small basin of watercourses flowing into the Adriatic Sea, except Bojana.
