This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the procedure and method for authorizing official and reference laboratories for the analysis of food and feed, the conditions to be met by the official and reference laboratories for food and feed when performing analysis of samples taken by the official controllers, official duties of the reference laboratories, as well as the list of areas that need to authorize the reference laboratories.
