Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning lays down details on the methodology of assessment of impacts of the implementation of plans and interventions in nature in protected areas, areas of special protection and potential areas of protection, and interventions in nature which could significantly affect these areas. This Regultion is composed of 50 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Assessment of acceptance plans (Sec. 2); Assessment of interventions in nature (Sec. 3); Other provisions (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
