This Regulation entered into force on 6 August 2005.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning, which is composed of eight articles and two Annexes, lays down appropriate means of protecting property from a damage that may be caused by animals of protected wild species, and measures to prevent further damage to property caused by individual protected wild animal species. Adequate means of protecting property shall be carried out without causing suffering or pain of protected animals and in accordance with regulations in the field of nature conservation, agriculture, forests, wildlife, hunting and animal protection.
