This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the maximum permissible content of erucic acid and methods for determination of erucic acid in oils, fats and their mixtures intended for human consumption and in foodstuffs containing added oils, fats, or mixtures thereof, in which the fat content is higher than 5%.
