This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the legal provisions aimed to define the data collection (including allocation and transfer) related to the penalty points (legal consequences of a final decision rendered in proceedings against the beneficiaries authorized to fish and master of a fishing vessel for serious violations in the sea fisheries) for serious damage/offences in marine fisheries on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
