This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the conditions, criteria and manner of exercising the right to obtain the market award/compensation (price difference in sales/volumes of fish and other marine organisms except blue fish, sponges and corals) for the sold catch fish and other marine organisms, related to the Croatian fisheries sector.
