Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Marine Economy and Inland Navigation, which is composed of seven articles, lays down criteria, method and procedure for granting additional fishing quota described in art. 23 point 1 of the Marine Fishery Act. The additional fishing quota is granted to an owner of a fishing vessel or captain which has not been legally fined for serious violation of the common fisheries policy for six months preceding the date of submission of the request for additional fishing quota. The additional fishing quota is allocated according to points awarded to applications: from the highest to the lowest number of points.
