This Regulation entered into force on 19 December 2003.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of eight articles and one Annex, lays down details on the natural service or artificial insemination and the use of ova and embryos of pure-bred breeding sheep and goats. In particular, this Regulation establishes provisions concerning the use of pure-bred breeding male sheep and goats and their semen (art. 4), trade in breeding material (art. 5), and zootechnical document on the recognition of breeding male sheep and goats (art. 6).
