This Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down administrative and technical procedures and principles for test methods for the determination of the physico-chemical properties, toxicity and ecotoxicity of substances and preparations. This Regulation shall apply to tests to provide information on produced or imported substances in accordance with Annex- IX of the Regulation on classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures. The test methods to be applied for the purposes of this Regulation are set out in the Annex.
