This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Regulation determines the rules for implementation of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/1853 of 15 October 2015 on temporary emergency assistance to farmers in the livestock sector (on the territory of the Republic of Croatia and in accordance with the legal aspects stipulated by the Law on agriculture (Official Gazette 30/2015).
