Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of ten articles, establishes technical, spatial, professional and organizational requirements to be met by the body certifying the seeds and propagating material of agricultural plants. The conditions that must be met by the certifying body are specified in art. 3.
