This Regulation entered into force on 11 May 2013.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down technical measures that should be used when applying plant protection products wth the use of agro-aerial equipment. These technical solutions are specified separately for two cases: (1) the use of satellite navigation system, providing precise application of plant protewction products; (2) enabling the start and end of aerial spraying liquid any time during the plane's flight.
