Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, but it will fully apply upon the Montenegrin accession into the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the rules for the approval of concrete border crossings, or approved border inspection posts where veterinary controls are to be implemented as regards the consignments of animals and/or products of animal origin entering (international trade) into the territory of the Republic of Montenegro (also technical and other requirements).
