Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 6, paragraphs 4 and 5 that will enter in force on the day of the Croatian accession to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes quality requirements for the production and placing on the market of sugars intended for human consumption, and is related to: a) terms, definitions and general requirements to be met; b) additional labelling requirements; c) analytical methods for determining compliance with the general requirements of quality.
