Abstract This Regulation provides measure and procedures for a gradual reduction and elimination of consumption of controlled substances, and new emission reduction of fluorinated greenhouse gases, the list of substances to be considered under this Regulation, the handling of such substances, the handling of products and equipment containing these substances or their dependents, the handling of such substances after cessation of use, methods of collection, recovery, recycling and destruction of these substances, import, export, marketing and use of products and equipment that contain these substances.
