Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette. Provisional Clause 2 regarding Covid-19 outbreak enters into force as of 1st of April, 2020.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down rules for the procedures and principles of the use of loans and grants to forest villagers, cooperatives and cooperative superior organizations in order to achieve the objectives of protecting, developing, operating and expanding forests. This Regulation sets forth terms and conditions for credit and subsidies to contribute to the development of forest villagers and to reduce the pressure on forests. Receivables in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation from forest villagers, cooperatives and cooperative superior organizations shall be suspended for three months, without application requirement, due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic. This period may be extended by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
