This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all necessary quality requirements to be met in the manufacturing and placing on the market of spreadable fats (and/or products with a concrete spreadable fat content) and also related to the: designations, definitions, and general requirements to be met; types and quantities of raw materials and other substances used in the manufacturing and processing; additional labelling requirements.
