Abstract This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and other technical provisions aimed to regulate the: a) types of licenses for carrying out sport, recreational and bottom fishing; b) content of the license and the amount of compensation for certain types of permits; c) type and quantity of fishing gear and equipment to be used by fisherman for fishing on the Croatian territory; d) methods for reporting and data collection related to the sale of licenses.
