Abstract This Regulation provides all necessary standards and requirements for the classification of quality spirits and alcoholic beverages that are placed on the market, and also related to the: classification and nomenclature; sensory properties and composition; type and quantity of raw materials, additives and other substances used in/during production and processing; technological processes used in the production and processing; other additional requirements for specific labelling or marking.
