Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of the Environment, which is composed of ten articles and four Annexes, establishes species of mushrooms: (a) under strict protection (specified in Annex 1); (b) under partial protection (Annex 2); (c) under partial protection which can be acquired and the means of their acquiring (Annex 3); (d) requiring designation of protectes areas (Annex 4). The present Regulation also lays down prohibitions related to individual species or groups of mushrooms, and means of protection of species including size of protection zones.
