This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down specific conditions that must be fulfilled by establishments engaged in the manufacture, marketing or use of dangerous chemicals labeled as highly toxic chemicals, toxic chemicals, hazardous chemicals, corrosive chemicals, irritant chemicals, chemicals that lead to hypersensitivity, carcinogenic chemicals, mutagenic chemicals and reproductive toxic chemicals, as well as the conditions that must be met by natural persons engaged in retail trade or the same use.
