Abstract This Regulation prescribes the specific requirements related to the planning, equipment, operation and hygiene for establishments dealing with food of animal origin which are subject to approval under special conditions (stipulated by the article 33 of the Regulation on the registration of operators and the registration and approval of establishments in the food business, Official Gazette 84/2015), and the manner of placing on the market of foodstuff that comes out of such establishments (food facilities on the territory of the Republic of Croatia).
