Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2012 except for the provisions contained in article 11 paragraph 3 which shall enter into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and other related specific conditions for imports into the Croatian Republic of guar gum originating in or shipped from India due to contamination risk by pentachlorophenol and dioxins.
