Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day when the treaty on accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union comes into force.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Government, which is composed of eight articles and two Annexes, lays down some details on the implementation of selected market-based measures of the common organization of the market in milk and milk products, which are specified directly by the law of the European Communities. The Regulation establishes provisions concerning: control of the quality of diary products (art. 2); application for approval of a natural or legal person to the selected market (art. 3); monitoring of prices of diary products (art. 4); intervention purchases of butter and intervention purchases of skimmed milk powder (art. 5); contribution for the sale of butter at reduced price (art. 7).
