Abstract This Regulation of the Government, which is composed of eight articles and two Annexes, lays down some details on the implementation of selected market-based measures of the common organization of the market in milk and milk products, which are specified directly by the law of the European Communities. The Regulation establishes provisions concerning: control of the quality of diary products (art. 2); application for approval of a natural or legal person to the selected market (art. 3); monitoring of prices of diary products (art. 4); intervention purchases of butter and intervention purchases of skimmed milk powder (art. 5); contribution for the sale of butter at reduced price (art. 7).
